Scope of Trade Services
Quotations & Pricing Structure
We provide multi-trade maintenance including general repairs, interior decorating, joinery, kitchen and bathroom installations, external fencing, landscaping, and commercial property maintenance.
All quotations remain valid for 30 days. Work is billed on agreed fixed fees or hourly rates. Any unforeseen site conditions requiring additional labor or materials are communicated before proceeding.

Access & Site Preparation
Project start dates are estimated based on trade availability. Dates may adjust due to severe weather or supply delays, with any necessary scheduling changes communicated promptly.
Clients must provide safe site access, clear work areas of personal items, and disclose known hazards like asbestos or structural faults. If access is obstructed on the agreed date, a call-out fee applies.
Materials & Payment Terms

Invoicing & Settlement
We supply professional-grade trade materials or fit client-supplied products. Clients remain responsible for ensuring owner-supplied goods are compliant. We are not liable for third-party merchant delays.
Payment is due upon completion, with staged payments required for major projects. Invoices must be paid within 7 days. Late accounts incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
